1. Use of the app
By installing or using Arrow Escape, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws, Google Play policies, and these terms. Don't attempt to interfere with the game, its servers (if any), or other players' experience — for example by cheating, reverse-engineering, or using automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Arrow Escape is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Game content
The puzzles, visuals, sounds, text, and other content in Arrow Escape are provided for your enjoyment. We aim for accuracy and polish, but we can't guarantee every level is free of errors. If you spot a broken puzzle, please tell us at fusionsix.tech@gmail.com — we'll fix it as soon as we can.
3. Intellectual property
Arrow Escape, its name, logo, design, puzzles, and code are owned by the developer (Fusix Studio) or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law or with our written permission. You may share a link to the Google Play listing and to this website.
Google Play and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
4. Advertising
Arrow Escape is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads help keep the game free. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is their responsibility. We don't control or endorse the content of third-party ads.
Ads may include personalized or non-personalized formats depending on your device settings and consent where required. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising works and how to manage personalization.
5. Rewarded ads
Some in-game benefits — such as a hint or an extra life — may be offered after you optionally watch a rewarded ad. Key points:
- Rewarded ads are always optional. You can continue playing without watching.
- Whether a rewarded ad is available depends on factors like region, connectivity, and ad inventory, which we don't control.
- Rewards are granted after the ad completes successfully. If an ad fails to load, is closed early, or a network error occurs, the reward may not be granted.
- We don't promise specific rewards, "free money," or guaranteed availability. If you believe a reward wasn't received, contact us with details (see Support).
6. Coins, lives, and hints
Arrow Escape includes virtual items for gameplay only:
- Coins — earned by completing levels; spend them on hints.
- Lives — you have 3 lives; a blocked or incorrect move can cost one. When lives run out, you can restart or, when available, optionally watch a rewarded ad for an extra life.
- Hints — reveal a correct move; cost coins or, when short on coins, an optional rewarded ad if available.
Coins, lives, and hints have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you clear app data, reinstall, or switch devices, unless a cloud-save feature is added in the future. We may adjust earn rates, costs, or availability to balance gameplay.
If the game offers in-app purchases in the future, purchase terms, pricing, and refund handling will be governed by Google Play's payment terms in addition to these Terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep Arrow Escape available and bug-free, but we don't guarantee the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features, levels, and content may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or parts of it if needed (for example, to fix a critical issue or comply with policy).
8. Changes to the game and these terms
We may update Arrow Escape — adding levels, tuning difficulty, fixing bugs, or adjusting systems like coins and hints — to improve the experience. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or on this website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Arrow Escape is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the app in the 6 months before the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing — whichever is greater — unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law (for example, for fraud or willful misconduct).
