1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Arrow Escape ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Arrow Escape mobile application and this website. Arrow Escape is a casual puzzle game that can be used without creating an account.
We do not operate our own advertising or analytics infrastructure. Instead, Arrow Escape integrates trusted third-party SDKs — Google AdMob for advertising, Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error diagnostics — which may process certain information on our behalf according to their own policies and your device settings.
- We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the game.
- Our SDK providers may automatically process device and usage information to serve ads, measure performance, and fix crashes.
- Rewarded ads are optional. You choose whether to watch.
2. Information collected automatically
When you install, open, or play Arrow Escape, information may be collected automatically by the operating system and by third-party SDKs integrated in the app. This can include:
- Device and app information — device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, and installation / update events.
- Identifiers — advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID) where available and permitted by your device settings, and app-instance or installation identifiers generated by Firebase.
- Usage and interaction data — how you interact with the app, such as levels started or completed, hint or life events, purchase events (if any), ad requests and impressions, and taps that help diagnose broken flows.
- Diagnostics and performance data — crash logs, error traces, performance metrics, and device state at the time of an error (e.g., free disk space, battery state) collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Approximate location — coarse location inferred from IP address by advertising and analytics providers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregate reporting (not precise GPS unless you grant permission, which the game does not request).
We do not directly collect or store your precise location, contacts, photos, or files. If a future version requests a permission, it will be disclosed here and requested in-app only when needed.
3. Device and app information
Device and app information helps us keep the game compatible and performant across many Android devices. For example, knowing the OS version and device model helps us reproduce a crash that only happens on certain configurations. This information is typically processed in aggregated or pseudonymized form by our service providers.
4. How information is used
Information processed via our service providers is used to:
- Provide and maintain the game (level progression, coins, lives, and hints stored on-device).
- Measure and improve gameplay — e.g., which puzzles are too difficult, where players get stuck, and which flows cause errors.
- Diagnose and fix crashes, freezes, and bugs.
- Serve and measure advertisements, including rewarded ads, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use information to personally identify you outside the app, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves. Any profiling for ad personalization is performed by Google's advertising services subject to your consent and device settings.
6. Advertising — Google AdMob and rewarded advertisements
Arrow Escape displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the Google Advertising ID and other device information to serve, personalize (where permitted), measure, and prevent fraud for ads. This includes:
- Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad formats.
- Frequency capping, conversion measurement, and fraud detection.
- Personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent, region (e.g., EEA/UK), and device ad settings.
Rewarded ads: Some hints and an extra life may be offered after you optionally watch a rewarded ad. You are never required to watch an ad to continue playing — you can restart, keep earning coins, or try again later. Whether a rewarded ad is available at a given moment depends on fill rate, region, connectivity, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise "free money" or guaranteed rewards.
You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services and how to manage ad personalization at:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google services
- Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — Privacy & information
- My Ad Center — manage ad personalization
In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), you may see a consent message. Your choices there affect whether ads are personalized. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
7. Analytics — Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage — for example, how many players complete a level, where they use a hint, or how long a session lasts. Firebase Analytics collects an app-instance identifier and usage events; it may also collect device and OS information and approximate location derived from IP. Data is aggregated and not used by us to identify you personally.

8. Crash and error diagnostics — Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. Reports may include device model, OS version, app version, stack traces, and device state at the time of the crash. Crashlytics assigns a pseudonymous installation identifier to group related crashes; we do not use it to track you across apps.

9. Data retention
Game progress such as level state, coins, lives, and hint state is stored locally on your device. If you clear app data, reinstall, or switch devices, that local progress may be lost unless a cloud-save feature is added in a future version (which would be described here).
Information processed by Firebase and AdMob is retained according to their respective retention policies and configurations, which we configure to the shortest periods reasonably needed for analytics, diagnostics, and ad measurement. Aggregated reports may be retained longer in non-identifiable form.
10. Children's privacy
Arrow Escape is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age threshold where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at fusionsix.tech@gmail.com so we can take appropriate steps. Where our ad and analytics providers offer child-directed or age-restricted settings, we configure them as required by platform policies and applicable law.
11. Your choices
- Advertising ID: Reset, delete, or limit personalization via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can also manage personalization at My Ad Center.
- Consent (EEA/UK and other applicable regions): Use the in-app consent dialog (where shown) to allow or deny personalized ads and analytics where required.
- Device permissions: Arrow Escape does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts. If a future version does, you can grant or deny it in system settings at any time.
- Uninstall: You can stop all collection by uninstalling the app. Locally stored data will be removed by the OS when you uninstall (subject to backups you control).
Note: even if you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads — they will simply be less relevant.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the game, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice or an update to this website.
